Shipping policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we require a more robust shipping/postage solution than most. Unlike other companies we don’t want to compromise the quality of our product by folding or creasing it. To avoid this we utilise super strong, thick walled cardboard tubes and roll our products into them. This avoids any creasing and keeps a consistent pressure on the application tape.
Small orders are shipped out in cardboard reinforced envelopes.

Due to the extra measures taken our shipping cost is slightly inflated, unfortunately as we’re not a huge company we can’t wiggle that cost down any further just yet, however we are always looking at reducing costs for both ourselves and the consumer!
